Eating for Health is Simple

How we were meant to feed our bodies was never intended to come in a box or package. Society’s view of food has been twisted beyond recognition by corporations that pump cancer-causing, endocrine-disrupting and disease-inflicting chemicals into our daily diets.

The path to health is not easy, with toxic food images bombarding us from every direction. But if you take a stand and reject the lies of these profit-driven monsters, the benefits are plentiful. Take a trip to the grocery store and look at the labels on food packaging – what you’ll see is shocking. The corporate world has enslaved us with its toxic ingredients and false promises, but it doesn’t have to be that way!

If you genuinely desire good health, close your eyes and clear your mind. Take several deep breaths as you attempt to wipe out the toxic influence of the profit-based big businesses that have taken over your mind and convinced you that eating poisonous foods is the norm. Putting toxins in the body is not normal because you enjoy the taste.

Disease is Caused by Deficiency and Toxicity

If you want to be healthy, you must change your mindset. If you’re going to cure your diseases through nutrition and lifestyle, you must erase all of the toxic influences from your brain in a sense. Your new mantra is, “I eat to nourish my body for health.” We created this mantra, and when used properly, a mindset change can happen within about a month. We started to not care about flavor and only about being healthy.

Food purposely has addictive chemicals, making you eat more than you should. Sugar is a very addictive substance. We discuss the nutrients and how well the foods nourish our bodies. Not focusing on the flavor is one of the first steps in breaking food addiction. Your mind will repeatedly tell you that you are not addicted. When you try to give up a particular food, you cannot. You are addicted. It’s that simple.
